Quality, trusted homecare, backed by over 80 years of experience

JEVS Care at Home (JCAH) provides non-medical home care to aging adults and adults with disabilities. We are mission-driven to help our clients live independently, at home and in the community.
Help with Personal Care and Essential Daily Tasks
Our highly trained caregivers assist clients with personal care like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like meal preparation and cooking, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Home care from JEVS Care at Home enables our clients to live fully at home rather than moving to an assisted living or nursing facility for the support they need.
Services for Medicaid Recipients
We offer no-cost services for qualified PA Medicaid participants who have been approved through either the Community Health Choices waiver program or the ODP waiver. If you are a Medicaid participant but have not yet applied for one of these programs, we can help. Contact us using the form at right or call us today. One of our team members can guide you through the application process. Qualified Medicaid participants can participate in our Family Caregiver program and select a family member or friend to serve as their paid caregiver.
Services for Veterans
JEVS Care at Home proudly serves PA Veterans, and we are experts at coordinating care through the VA. Veterans who are eligible through the VA’s Homemaker and Home Health Aide program receive services at no cost. If you currently receive VA benefits but are not enrolled in this program, click here or contact us for more information. Eligible veterans may select a family member or friend to serve as their paid caregiver.
Private Duty Services
Those who self-pay for services can take advantage of competitive rates and flexible schedules, beginning at just a few hours per week. We accept selected forms of long-term care insurance.
Habilitation Services
Our Habilitation program provides compassionate, one-on-one attendant care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), helping them live safely and confidently at home and in the community. Trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and community participation—always guided by each person’s goals and preferences. This support promotes greater independence, builds life skills, and encourages meaningful social connections.
“Tiona, our JCAH caregiver, is always present, pleasant and caring, but the last few months have shown her true skills. My father had several mini-strokes, and the most recent one left him agitated, short tempered, demanding, yelling and impatient. Tiona is unbelievably patient and tender with this angry old man. I am grateful that she has become a valuable part of our everyday family life.”
