Get the support you need from a trusted non-profit provider

At JEVS Care at Home (JCAH) we are mission-driven to help aging adults and adults with disabilities live fully and independently at home.
How We Can Help
Our highly trained caregivers help clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as well as essential daily tasks such as meal preparation and cooking, light housekeeping, and laundry.
No-cost Services
Qualified PA Medicaid participants receive services at no cost.
How Do I Qualify?
To qualify for no-cost services, you must be approved for one of PA Medicaid’s “waiver” programs. JEVS Care at Home works with clients who are approved for the Community Health Choices waiver. This program covers the cost of home care, but to qualify you must complete a separate application. If you need more information about Community Health Choices or how to apply, we can help. Call the JEVS Care at Home office near you, or complete the contact form on this page. One of our team members will be in touch to answer your questions and explain the application process. We can even help you start your application.
Family Caregiver Program
Qualified Medicaid participants can choose our Family Caregiver program and select a family member or friend to serve as their paid caregiver. Family Caregivers receive paid training, competitive wages, and health, dental, vision, life insurance and other benefits, beginning at 30 hours worked per week. Contact us for more information about our Family Caregiver program.
“Tiona, our JCAH caregiver, is always present, pleasant and caring, but the last few months have shown her true skills. My father had several mini-strokes, and the most recent one left him agitated, short tempered, demanding, yelling and impatient. Tiona is unbelievably patient and tender with this angry old man. I am grateful that she has become a valuable part of our everyday family life.”

““I’m so honored and grateful to have this opportunity to care for my mom, while being able to financially support myself. My mom is happy that I’m able to be here with her each day as she makes progress with her health, and that to me means more than anything. So, thank you to every person that has helped facilitate my journey in getting started with JEVS Care at Home, you are all amazing!”
