Drink more fluids during the day (non-alcoholic), regardless of your activity level
Stay indoors and in a cool place during hot days (home, the library, or community venue)
Wear lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing
NEVER leave anyone or yourself in a closed, parked vehicle
