The cold season is upon us and the risk of becoming ill increases. To avoid the common cold or something worse, Nurse Kim has highlighted a few tips for us to follow to stay healthy and to boost our immune system.
- Wash your hands with soap and water
- Moisturize your hands after you wash them
- Keep yourself hydrated with drinking plenty of fluids like water
- Make sure you get 7 to 8 hours of rest per day
