In this week’s blog, we will show you two great mindfulness excersizes, including one to perform in the morning when you wake up and one to perform before you go to sleep at night.

Additional commonly recommended practices to promote good sleep include:
- Getting sunlight in the morning: either being outside or sitting near a window to give your body an ‘awake’ signal
- Limiting caffeinated beverages to only the morning
- Exercising regularly
- Waking up and going to bed at similar times each day
- Not using screen devices before bed
- Avoiding heavy meals close to bed
- Doing something calming before bed, such as reading
