As the Chief Executive Officer of JEVS at Home, Aurora is responsible for ensuring the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and to strategically lead her team in providing the highest quality services while keeping a strong focus on fiscal responsibility. She instills a strong culture of teamwork, respect, and person-centered services that continually drive JEVS at Home toward operational excellence. Under Aurora’s leadership, JEVS at Home continues to move its mission forward by expanding services, increasing its partnerships and professional affiliations, and spearheading the implementation of cutting-edge technology to improve outreach, service provision, and customer satisfaction. Her experience in business administration, quality assurance, and social services management has given her the unique ability to be able to find success in all facets of the organization: Exceptional Service; Customer Satisfaction; and Compliance & Financial Health.
Aurora is originally from Albania, but grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is fluent in three languages including English, Albanian, and Italian. Aurora received her MBA from La Salle University and her undergraduate degree from Temple University. She is currently pursuing her MPA at The Fels Institute of Government at The University of Pennsylvania. In recognition of her and JEVS at Home’s impact on the community, she was honored with SmartCEO’s 2017 Future 50 Award and an honoree of the 2016 Cornerstone Award. She is active in the American Society on Aging and Pennsylvania Homecare Association as well as various community organizations in a volunteer capacity.
